Free Resource: Equipment Maintenance Sheet
At Solid Rock Ag, we love to help farmers out with things that can improve their efficiency and productivity. We wanted to share this sheet we made to keep track of all of our equipment maintenance items and make sure your vehicles are ready to roll after each season. At the end of planting and harvest, we have someone go through and update all of the equipment hours on everything. Then it’s just a matter of making everything green again. Just copy the cells from this sheet and then paste all of the values onto your new one. Create different tabs at the bottom for each piece of equipment and you should find most of the maintenance intervals in your manuals. There is a separate tab for the conditional formatting for different intervals just to make it easier to copy those formats to different maintenance intervals.
We keep it on Google Sheets so that multiple people can use it at the same time if desired.

*UPDATE We have created a way to have a logging feature that automatically logs any updates made to equipment maintenance. This lets you see a history of what has been done in the past. It also creates a prompt so that you can record who it was that performed the maintenance. Click Here to learn how to set this up.
