As a small business, everybody wears multiple hats. It is "all hands on deck" to take care of our customers. The descriptions below contain just the highlights of what each employee does.
Bruce Waibel
Founder
Bruce is the owner and general manager of Solid Rock Ag Solutions and together with Mark, provides overall direction of the company. He is also the lead on the family farm operation.
Jody Waibel
Office Administrator
If it wasn’t for Jody our business would simply not function. Simple as that. She manages the bookkeeping and keeps everybody in check, including handling HR duties.
Mark Waibel
Co-founder, Ag Systems & Technology Lead, Service, Sales
In addition to providing joint leadership of the company, Mark manages operations, including ERP software development and product development. He also keeps a watchful eye on the ag equipment industry for any innovative new products which could give our customers an additional efficiency or yield boost.
Roger Lanning
Inventory Manager / Sales
Along with our other sales people, Roger assesses customer needs and puts together proposals to achieve their objectives. If financing is desired, he helps customers with that.
Dean Waibel
Operations Manager
All projects that come through the shop are scheduled by Dean and Jeremey. He also provides quality assurance with various inspection processes. Other hats include warranty manager, Tech Support, and more.
Ray George
Service & Sales
Customers in the Crawfordsville, IN area are serviced by Ray. He provides onsite sales, installations, support, and all types of service. He is a specialist for Ag Leader, spreader truck, and GPS products.
Jordan Ramsey
Refurbishing Parts Specialist
Making things like (or better than) new is Jordan's forte. He refurbishes closing wheel housings, coulters, furrow cruisers, etc. He is also one of our expert welders.
Colin Stanley
Planter Tech / Installation
Working in our shop, Colin handles the more complicate aspects of planter customizations, such as liquid and hydraulic design. He is also a tech support specialist for planters, sprayers and combines.
Ivan Ordoñez
Ag Design Engineer
CAD design of custom Solid Rock products is one of his major responsibilities. He also does our CNC design, engineering and milling, along with metal fabrication and various other tasks.
Jeremey Smart
Shop Manager / Shop Tech
Working with Dean, Jeremey manages our shop workflow to make sure we have part and labor available so projects get done in a timely manner. He also does off-site installations and customer service.
Naysa Lanphear
Office Administrator
Naysa handles accounts payable, assists in HR, event planning, marketing, and scheduling. She has a nursing background, which brings attention to detail and procedure to our team as well.
Janice Kaeb
Administrative Assistant / Meter Tech
Janice helps as needed, whether in our office, calibrating meters or refurbishing them.
Brent Waibel
Shop Assistant
Brent is master of the any of the odd jobs that needs done to keep things running smoothly at Solid Rock.
Steve Christopher
Mechanic
Using his decades of experience as a mechanic, as well as his other shop skills, Steve keeps equipment running smoothly and also assists with fabrication.

Meter Tech
As one of our many part-time meter techs, Wes cleans and inspects meters, replacing parts as necessary to ensure they run perfectly when you head to the field.
