Symphony from Precision Planting is a retrofit control systems available for most brands of sprayers. This system brings many of the functions that we are used to on a planter such as individual nozzle swath control, turn compensation, variable rate application, and high definition mapping on the sprayer.
But one of the most valuable functions of this system, is that because it uses pulsing technology to control the flow output per nozzle, it is able to control flow rate and pressure completely independent from each other. This allows the operator to always know that regardless of the speed he is traveling, the nozzles are always are always running at the exact target pressure. This also helps insure you are hitting your targeted droplet size at all times.
Beautifully Simple Designed Nozzle Bodies
The nozzles used on the Symphony sprayer system have been designed to be easier to service than any other systems on the market. They were designed so that no tools need to be used in order to disassemble them. Each nozzle body contains a valve which does the PWM control, a rotating nozzle housing built for easily switching between 5 different nozzles, and an optional manual bypass which allows the bypassing of the PWM valve altogether if desired.
